I am also passionate about healthy living. After dealing with eczema for YEARS (You can read how I healed my eczema here!) AND suffering with major fatigue and pain that doctor after doctor couldn’t figure out, I became more and more interested in holistic health and wellness.  So, I became certified as a holistic nutritionist and health coach through AFPA.  I’ve learned how many illnesses can be prevented or reversed through proper nutrition, stress management, and a healthy lifestyle.  Let me say, my healing journey has not all been uphill.  It’s been a JOURNEY.  But I am finally feeling better than ever, and I can’t wait to help you feel your best too!  Here I share health and wellness tips, natural remedies, non-toxic products, real food recipes, and more!  The BEST place for me to help you and provide 1-on-1 support is through my program, The Fatigue to Freedom System.

Hey there friend, I’m Britt!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet!

As a mom, I am passionate about creating a healthy home for my family, without feeling overwhelmed doing it, and I started Nourish with Britt to help you do the same.

I was an elementary teacher for ten years (hello, burnout!!), and left my job to live a simpler, less stressful life and become a homeschool mama.  The “job” I love most is being wife, mommy, and homemaker.   My firefighter husband, Brandon, and I have two sweet, active boys.  We also have a dog named Daisy, lots of chickens, and bees!  Our little homestead in North Carolina is the perfect distance between the beach and the mountains (which we LOVE!).

Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, work-from-home-mom, work-away-from-the-home-mom, or not even a mom, having an organized home to relax in after a busy day is THE BEST feeling.  When your home is in order, it’s so much easier to be productive and focus on what you need to focus on and to just relax.  On the blog you’ll find organization tips and productivity tricks to help you get all the things done and create a home you love!
