Activated Charcoal – I’ve added this activated charcoal powder in my baths and have mixed it in a glass of water to drink to help remove toxins. I’ve also used it as a teeth whitener. Just add some water, apply to teeth, let sit for about 10 minutes, and rinse out!
Aleavia Body Wash – This is another body wash I’m LOVING. Not only is it super clean and non-toxic, it is also GOOD for the skin. Thrive Market Coconut Oil – Thrive Market has the best deal on coconut oil. Only $20 for this huge thing that lasts forever! I use coconut oil for a lot of my baking. It has a smoke point of 350 degrees, so I wouldn’t use it for roasting or cooking at temperatures higher than that.
Thrive Market Avocado Oil – I love cooking with avocado oil. It has a high smoke point (520 degrees), isn’t inflammatory like vegetable oils, and doesn’t give the food an avocado taste.

Lodge Cast Iron Skillet with Silicone Handle – A good cast iron skillet is pretty much essential to any kitchen. It is so versatile! Amber Glass Spray Bottles – I love these glass bottles! I have SEVERAL and use them for my homemade cleaning products. The amber glass helps prevent essential oils from deteriorating from sunlight.
Wool Dryer Balls – I use these in place of dryer sheets. I add a few drops of essential oil to 2-3 (usually lavender) and pop them in the dryer. They soften clothes, add a great (natural!) scent to your clothes, and shorten drying time. I love that they’re non-toxic and better for the environment. No waste!
