Foam Roller – Great for massaging your muscles and relieving tension.  Check my IG reels to see some ways I use my foam roller to relieve neck and upper back tension.

Silicone Cupping Set – Cupping with these has helped so much with relieving muscle tension and pain in my body.

Organic Elderberries – I use these to make elderberry syrup.  So simple to make and great for immune health!

Mary Ruth’s Organic Turmeric Gold – This supplement contains turmeric (great natural anti-inflammatory super food), ginger (helps relieve pain and inflammation), black pepper (increases the absorption of the turmeric and ginger), cinnamon bark, rosemary, and sage. It works great for reducing pain and inflammation naturally.

Cannovia Peppermint CBD Oil – CBD oil has so many benefits, like reducing pain, helping with digestive issues, colds, headaches, sleep, and relaxation. I love that this one also peppermint essential oil, which adds to the pain-relieving benefits.

Megasporbiotic – This is a great spore-based probiotic that survives your harsh stomach environment and makes it to your gut. It supports gut and immune health.

Activated Charcoal – I’ve added this activated charcoal powder in my baths and have mixed it in a glass of water to drink to help remove toxins.  I’ve also used it as a teeth whitener. Just add some water, apply to teeth, let sit for about 10 minutes, and rinse out!

Clean Beauty

Attitude Shower Gel – This shower gel is non-toxic and won’t dry your skin out!

Aleavia Body Wash – This is another body wash I’m LOVING. Not only is it super clean and non-toxic, it is also GOOD for the skin. It’s has prebiotics to help level the pH in the skin and feed the good bacteria on your skin (yes, your skin needs to have bacteria on it, just like your gut does). It is so nourishing and doesn’t dry the skin out at all.

Primally Pure Dry ShampooI  love this dry shampoo! It’s made with super clean, organic ingredients, and it works really well! They have one for light hair and one for dark hair.

Beautycounter Countertime Lipid Defense Cleansing Oil – This cleansing oil makes my skin feel so soft, it brightens it up, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

Beautycounter Countertime Mineral Boost Hydrating Essence – This is like a toner – it balances the pH of the skin – but is even better! It has tons of nutrients to help boost the hydration and reduce wrinkles.

Beautycounter Counter+ Overnight Resurfacing Peel – This is a safe, non-irritating chemical peel that exfoliates, removes dead skin cells, and brightens the skin.  I use it a few nights a week before I apply moisturizer.

Beautycounter Counter+ All Bright C Serum – This serum has two forms of Vitamin C to help brighten the skin! I apply it each morning before my moisturizer.

Beautycounter Countertime Antioxidant Soft Cream – Such a great moisturizer to hydrate, brighten, plump, and make the skin look more youthful.

Beautycounter Skin Twin Creamy Concealer – This concealer, with buildable coverage, conceals under eye circles and blemishes.

Food Favorites

ButcherBox MeatI’ve been ordering my meat from ButcherBox for a few years now, and I’m very happy with it! Their meat is great quality. The animals are never given antibiotics or growth hormones. Their beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, their pork is heritage breed, and their chickens are pasture-raised.

Thrive Market Coconut Oil – Thrive Market has the best deal on coconut oil. Only $20 for this huge thing that lasts forever! I use coconut oil for a lot of my baking. It has a smoke point of 350 degrees, so I wouldn’t use it for roasting or cooking at temperatures higher than that.

Use this link to get a free gift up to a $31 with your first Thrive Market order

Thrive Market Avocado OilI love cooking with avocado oil. It has a high smoke point (520 degrees), isn’t inflammatory like vegetable oils, and doesn’t give the food an avocado taste.

Thrive Market Organic Maple Syrup – This is a great deal on Thrive Market – $20 for a 2 lb. jug of organic, Grade A maple syrup from Vermont! When I bake or fix my boys’ oatmeal, I use either maple syrup or honey for natural sweetness.

Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo – healthy mayo made with simple, clean ingredients and no inflammatory vegetable oil.

Redmond’s Real Salt – I love this salt.  It’s mined in America and hasn’t been refined to remove all the great minerals.

Epic Bars – I love Epic bars, and this bacon cranberry bison flavor is my favorite! They make for a great, healthy grab-and-go snack.

Natural Jute Twine – great for hanging fresh herbs to dry or for hanging your kids artwork up on with clothespins.

Marble Mortar and Pestle – great for grinding freshly dried herbs from the garden!

Lodge Dutch Oven – great for making kombucha, sourdough bread, braising meat, and more! And it’s safe and non-toxic!

Glass Food Storage Containers -In my effort to reduce toxins in my home, I’ve switched to using glass containers to store food, instead of plastic.  I love these ones!

Cuisinart 12-inch Skillet – This pan is great! I doesn’t release toxins into your food, like Teflon-coated pans do.  It’s great for pan-searing, sautéing, or cooking something with a sauce.

Green Pan Lima Ceramic Pan – This little pan is perfect for cooking eggs. I use this almost daily! It has a non-stick ceramic coating, that is safe and non-toxic.

Lodge Cast Iron Skillet with Silicone Handle – A good cast iron skillet is pretty much essential to any kitchen. It is so versatile!  I love that you can use it on the stove, in the oven, or over a campfire. Also, cooking with a cast iron pan adds some iron to your food, which is great if you have an iron deficiency.

Bamboo Salt Container – Salt is the seasoning used most often, so I like the idea of storing it in this cute container right next to the stove.

Soda Stream Sparkling Water Maker – I enjoy drinking sparkling water when I want to break up the monotony of regular water. I love using to make my own sparkling water with different fruit combinations to add some flavor!

Sourdough Bread Banneton Basket and Tools – This kit comes with mostly everything you need to make homemade sourdough bread (just add water, flour, salt, starter, a mixing bowl, and a Dutch oven). It includes a dough scraper for shaping your loaves, a proofing basket, a linen cover, a scoring lame, and replacement blades.

Glass Swing Top Bottles – I use these bottles to make kombucha. They seal air-tight; so they’re perfect for the second fermentation.

Glass Beverage Dispenser with Spigot -This is similar to the glass container I use to make kombucha. I use this (without the lid on) for the first fermentation, before bottling in the air-tight bottles.

Instant Pot – I love my Instant Pot! It makes cooking dinner so much faster! This is the Instant Pot of all Instant Pots with the options to pressure cook, sauté, air fry, steam, slow cook, dehydrate, and more!

Milk Frother – This milk frother works great at frothing my milk for my coffee or matcha, without having to pay for an expensive espresso machine.

Non-Toxic Cleaning

branch basics

Branch Basics Concentrate – This concentrate is non-toxic and is all you need to clean every room in your home. Amber Glass Spray Bottles – I love these glass bottles! I have SEVERAL and use them for my homemade cleaning products. The amber glass helps prevent essential oils from deteriorating from sunlight.

Pure Natural Washing Soda – This is the natural, organic washing soda I use in my homemade laundry detergent.

Wool Dryer Balls – I use these in place of dryer sheets. I add a few drops of essential oil to 2-3 (usually lavender) and pop them in the dryer. They soften clothes, add a great (natural!) scent to your clothes, and shorten drying time. I love that they’re non-toxic and better for the environment. No waste!

Aunt Fannie’s Probiotic Power Hand Soap – This hand soap is non-toxic, not drying to the skin, and full of beneficial bacteria!

Organization

Weekly Meal Planner – This is my weekly meal planner, grocery list, and meal prep checklist to make meal planning those healthy meals easier!

Erin Condren Life Planner – I love my Erin Condren Planner. It helps keep me on track with my goals and to-do lists!
